However, the Nova damage itself has seen a 40% increase. According to developer notes, this alteration aims to reduce the opportunity cost of using blood surge against fewer enemies while enhancing its overall potency, even when engaging multiple foes.
Furthermore, core skills such as Sever, Blight, Corpse Explosion, Bone Prison, and Blood Wave have received buffs in terms of both damage and effects.
Transitioning to Necromancer passives, Death's Approach has been transformed into Death's Reach. This modification alters its functionality; formerly increasing damage to distant enemies, it now provides a baseline movement speed increase. Spiked Armor and Death's Embrace now offer increased defense.
