A second good offensive skill is Frost Nova, which freezes targets to make them take more damage. Finally, Inferno increases the damage dealt by Burn when activated, creates a Vulnerability effect, and even reduces the mana consumption of Incinerate, making it perfect for being cast on cooldown.
