Since Forgotten Altars are randomly generated, it is recommended that you go to smaller dungeons to find them. One of the best dungeons is Hoarfrost Demise in Fractured Peaks, and Fractured Peaks is located north of Bear Tribe Refuge waypoint, which is northeast of Kyovashad.

Scour requires you to gather herbs to obtain specific materials, and your interactions with the gathering points will count towards Whisper progress. Currently in Scour, you must check seven different locations to obtain all the components you need. Afterwards, take the materials you obtain and burn them in the brazier, which will spawn the Headrotten enemies, which can be defeated to complete this Whisper.

In this Whisper, you only need to kill a specific number of enemies. But unlike Purge the Rot, the enemies you need to kill in Slay don’t have to be Headrotten, any hostile unit will do.
This Whisper requires you to follow Wisp, during which Headrotten enemies will occasionally spawn around it. When Wisp is stationary, you can defeat enemies to advance Whisper progress. Wisps Whisper is completed when you fill up the progress bar above Wisp.

It’s worth noting that if you use Draught of Whisper on your character, this chance is doubled. This means that when you apply Draught of Whisper, the maximum chance of finding Altars in the dungeon under Torment difficulties reaches 10%. If you want to farm these Forgotten Altars as quickly as possible, then these tips may help you progress more smoothly:

Third, it is recommended that you choose the highest difficulty you can afford, as the higher the difficulty, the greater the chance of dropping Diablo 4 Gold and rare loot. Sure, you might get lucky and spend all your Murmuring Obols to get a Mythic Unique, but it may not be what your build needs, and you’ll end up with nothing. Overall, this is an extremely inefficient way to get Mythic Unique items and isn’t worth farming for.
In addition, you can also craft Mythic Unique items, and there are two different ways for you to try in Season 7.
First, you can craft a random Mythic Unique at Blacksmith by spending 2 Resplendent Sparks. Second, use 2 Resplendent Sparks plus a lot of additional runes to specifically craft Mythic Unique item you want at Jeweler.
Generally speaking, the second option is not worth it because runes are rare. So I would recommend crafting random Mythic Uniques, which only cost two Resplendent Sparks.
So where can you get Resplendent Sparks? If you have an existing Mythic Unique item, you can salvage it at Blacksmith and get Resplendent Sparks. Or you can complete seasonal reputation, which will give you a reward cache containing Resplendent Sparks at the end.
This method can be repeated in multiple characters. So generally speaking, crafting with materials is a good way to get Mythic Unique items. However, this usually requires a lot of time to farm, and I would say there are better ways to get these items.
If you have Tribute of Ascendance, you can also open the special form of Kurast Undercity. So if you get Tribute of Ascendance and clear the corresponding Kurast Undercity, you will have a good chance of receiving Mythic Unique item at the end.
