Interestingly, during Headhunt, you may encounter a friendly crow called Raven of the Tree, who will accept Whispers from your bounties. Additionally, completing Headhunt bounties will not only earn you favor with Coven, but will also give you a chance to fight new Headrotten bosses.
The most common way to spawn these Headrotten bosses is with Headless Husks, but if you find a boss with a Fugitive Head attached to it and return it to Tree of Whispers after defeating it, Coven will also reward you handsomely.
Another new seasonal dungeon worth exploring is Rootholds, which are also full of fun challenges that can bring you rich rewards for completing them. To enter the dungeon, you just need to collect enough Whisper Wood sigils from Whisper caches and Silent chests.
Like all past Diablo seasons, Season of Witchcraft can provide you with some new items that can improve your builds, such as new unique items and legendary aspects. But what makes Season 7 special is that it will also bring you a lot of occult gems.
As a new item that appears in this season, occult gems are slottable gems that you can craft at Tree of Whispers by using Fugitive Heads and materials you get from Whispers treasure chest.
