Mastering The Update For Patch 2.0 Will Make It Easy For You To Play Diablo 4 Vessel Of Hatred DLC

Aug 31 ,2024 Author: D4gold

On August 29, 2024, Diablo 4 held 2.0 patch preview Campfire Chat. This event revealed a lot of new information about Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred.

Diablo 4 patch 2.0 heralds a comprehensive overhaul of the game. This guide will take an in-depth look at the new content and changes that Diablo 4 can bring in the coming months.

1) Difficulty Changes

You will experience a series of new upgrade changes in Diablo 4 patch 2.0. This patch introduces a new level system, in which the level cap will be set to 60. As the character levels up, you will gain skill points. The character’s abilities will also be significantly enhanced. In addition, all classes will unlock new skills.

It has been confirmed that Paragon points will be shared between all characters. This means that once your character reaches level 60, Paragon points you earn on other characters can also be used immediately. When Diablo 4 patch 2.0 is released, characters that have reached level 100 will be adjusted to level 50, and you will receive all accumulated Paragon points. For characters at level 50 and below, there will be no impact.

After you reach level 60, Pit will unlock. Each difficulty level in the game corresponds to a specific Pit Level, so players should be able to clearly foresee the degree of challenge. In addition, Diablo 4 has also revised the Keys required to unlock activities. Regardless of the difficulty level, players will be given the appropriate key for that level.

New difficulty levels have been introduced in the game, replacing the previous World Tiers. Normal is the base difficulty for players who are just starting out. As players advance, they can gradually try Hard, Expert, and Penitent, each level is more challenging than the previous one, and also brings more Diablo 4 Gold drops.

Normal/Tormented bosses’ challenges are no longer there, and the requirements for Summoning Materials have been adjusted. And regardless of the difficulty level, the required Summoning Materials remain the same. But the higher difficulty, the greater rewards.

Glyphs will be played in Pit. Glyphs can be upgraded from level 1 to level 46, with radius expanded to 15 and 46, respectively. And if you can successfully upgrade a Glyph to level 46, you will get an extremely powerful stat bonus.

2) Sacred Gear Type Removed

The new Level 60 player item level will be increased to 750, and the properties of items from levels 51 to 59 will also be significantly enhanced. Sacred items are going away, Ancestral items will become the main equipment pursued by players. Patch 2.0 will make Ancestral gear drop from Torment I, and the lower the difficulty, the more frequently it drops.

All Ancestral items will have at least one Greater Affix, and their power will be increased from 750 to 800. New Mythic Uniques will also appear in the game, with each class receiving three new Mythic Uniques, namely Heir of Perdition, Shroud of False Death, and Shattered Vow.

3) Runewords Confirmed To Appear

Runewords originated in Diablo 2 and have been modernized in this update. Players can create Runewords by combining Runes of Ritual and Invocation. With these Runewords, players can cast a variety of powerful spells and even gain some skills that are not originally available to some classes. However, each player cannot have two identical Runewords and can only equip two Runewords. But these new features are only available to Vessel of Hatred players.

4) Crowd Control And Some Dungeons Optimization

Players can look forward to optimized adjustments to crowd control and the new feature of being able to customize preferred/favorite teleport location. Another improvement is the introduction of Dungeon Key inventory tab. It will allow you to store more Diablo 4 Items.

The crowd control of common monsters has been redesigned. They have CC but the damage is greatly reduced, and they no longer require Unstoppable as a must-have. In addition, the exploration methods of dungeons are more diverse.

5) Diablo 4 Patch 2.0 PTR Is Coming

From September 4 to 11, 2024, PC players will experience Diablo 4 patch 2.0 PTR without owning Vessel of Hatred. With the upcoming PTR, players will experience these new contents in person and participate in the development of the game. Regardless of the impact of these changes on the game in the end, they indicate that Diablo 4 is moving towards a richer, more interactive and more player-friendly direction. In addition, the content that players see in PTR may also be adjusted in the future.

The many changes and new content that are coming will undoubtedly provide players with a lot of reasons to look forward to and explore. Let us look forward to the new content brought by this patch and their long-term impact on Diablo 4.
