The set's 5-piece bonus causes enemies affected by Petrify to take 100% increased critical strike damage and explode for 200% of the damage absorbed during the Petrify duration.

  Tier C: Paladin

  Paladin's situation is nuanced. Developers significantly boosted Paladin's Strength scaling factor from 1.25 to 1.625. Based on 3,000 Strength, the damage bonus jumps from 375% to 487.5% - a net increase of over 100%. Shield of Retribution variant of Blessed Shield now correctly scales with Thorns damage, and both Zeal and Divine Lance have received damage buffs.

  However, Paladin's fundamental issue is a lack of sources for high-multiplier multiplicative damage. Even with an optimized maxed-out build, the final damage multiplier remains more than 2,000% lower than that of other classes. Consequently, despite the significant boost from Strength, Paladin still struggles to compete with other classes when pushing deep into Pit.

  Tier D: Spiritborn

  Spiritborn's decline is the most dramatic story of Diablo 4 Season 15.   However, Spiritborn is not without options. The damage of the third hit of Rock-splitter has been raised from 80% to 110%, and Inner Ferocity damage bonus increased from 75% to 100%. Its Shattered Stone variant now causes Thorns damage to scale with skill level.

  Since Basic Skills can easily be boosted beyond level 40 through gear and Charms, a Thorns-based Spiritborn theoretically possesses significant growth potential.

  Regarding Paragon nodes, Bitter Medicine gained 60% extra damage and Convergence gained 40%, while the bonus per stack for Drive rose from 6% to 10%. At the maximum 20 stacks, the damage bonus gained from movement increased from 120% to 200%.
