1. Barbarian

In previous seasons, summoning an Ancestor granted a fixed 15% attack speed and 20% independent damage bonus. However, in Season 14 PTR, each summoned Ancestor only grants a 5% attack speed and 5% independent damage bonus, with the duration remaining unchanged at 6 seconds.

5. Druid
Druid has broken free from the previous season's reliance on Companion Druid build. The highest-tier build in Diablo 4 Season 14 PTR is currently Lightning Shred, a burst-damage build utilizing Lightning Wolf form, Legendary Lightning God's Blessing, and a Mythic Waxing Gibbous weapon.
Even more surprising is the second-ranked build, Werebear Landslide. While Druid offers more than one build option, the developers have nerfed the previously strong Companion Druid build, drastically reducing Shepherd's Aspect damage bonus from 5-13% to 2-3%.

6. Spiritborn
Spiritborn's performance in Season 14 PTR has been quite disappointing.
Based on current information, Evade Counterswarm Build, which shone brightly in Season 13, has been corrected in Season 14 PTR. Frenzy Charge return upgrade now only restores 1 charge instead of 4. This fix has a significant impact on builds that rely on the Infinite Combo cycle.
This update also includes a Crushing Rock Strike Build option for Spiritborn, which relies on ground tremors to generate high, targeted damage, performing exceptionally well against high-health elites and bosses. However, its true strength cannot be accurately predicted because of the small number of players using this build.
7. Paladin
Paladins present a completely new power structure in Diablo 4 Season 14 PTR. While the previously dominant Clash Variant and Thorns Shield Throw builds remain strong, they both reach around 110 stacks. The significantly enhanced Zeal build, however, jumps to first place with 116 stacks.

Unresolved Issues
