According to player testing, defeating Blood Maiden on Torment 4 difficulty grants 5 Grim Favors. If you have extra Baneful Hearts, you can repeatedly summon and kill her. Since this boss isn't particularly difficult, accumulating Grim Favors through her is a cost-effective strategy.
Remember to Switch Difficulty
This is a crucial technique many players overlook. Always complete quests on a lower difficulty and then switch to a higher difficulty to submit them. Seasonal Content

Unresolved Issues
