Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred S-Tier Rampage Warlock Build Speedrun Torment 10 without Mythics | Play it before the nerf!

May 02, 2026 Author: D4gold

Greetings, Diablo fans! Today, we're presenting an S-tier endgame build: Rampage Warlock. This is an absolutely insane Warlock build in Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred, so powerful, in fact, that it can clear Torment 11 difficulty even without using any Mythic items. Even if you're just looking to farm materials in Torment 8 or 9, this build offers an incredibly smooth and effortless experience. Furthermore, if you do equip a Mythic Unique item, such as Heir of Perdition, your damage output can effectively double!

This build allows you to continuously summon a massive army of demons, only to immediately sacrifice them. This core mechanic not only significantly boosts our survivability but also enables us to summon a far greater number of demonic minions than standard Warlock builds, granting us exceptional Area-of-Effect (AoE) damage capabilities.

Next, I'll provide a detailed breakdown of every aspect of this Rampage Warlock build to help you craft the most powerful character setup possible. Give it a try right now, before it gets nerfed!

Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred S-Tier Rampage Warlock Build Speedrun Torment 10 without Mythics | Play it before the nerf!

Soul Shards

First off, since we've chosen Warlock class, Soul Shards are, without a doubt, our primary focus. These shards are the key to Warlock's endgame power, allowing us to harness demonic energies and unlock the full potential of the class.

For this build, we've selected Legion Shard, specifically utilizing its Spawn Fragment effect. This allows our Greater Demon, Ae'grom, to continuously summon Vile Child Lesser Demons.

You can observe the count of these Lesser Demons steadily accumulating on the blue resource bar located at the bottom of your screen. Through this mechanic alone, we can summon a massive horde of minions; and the presence of these demons is precisely what fuels our Legion Shard's power.

Every time 200 Lesser Demons perish, our next use of a Greater Demon Skill will consume zero resources. Consequently, under ideal conditions, we can cast our ultimate skills back-to-back without interruption.

While Ultimate Skills excel in terms of raw AoE damage, if your goal is to truly maximize your DPS, we highly recommend opting for Terror Swarm skill instead. This is because it continuously summons a large number of Lesser Demons; these demons are subsequently sacrificed as offerings, thereby synergizing with our other skill mechanics. Furthermore, it applies Vulnerable status to enemies and amplifies our Arcane damage.

Another advantage is that once cast, it follows your character's movement and continuously summons demons. Then, if we cast Rampage skill, these demons are instantly sacrificed and destroyed. This means we accumulate opportunities for free casts much more rapidly.

How does it work?

Ultimately, the core gameplay of this Rampage Warlock build involves standing in the center of the fray and mindlessly unleashing every skill at your disposal. The moment combat begins, we can instantly summon multiple Lesser Demons and use Rampage to immediately obliterate them, accumulating enough resources for a free cast happens in the blink of an eye!

Additionally, it is worth noting that Sigil of Summons maintains the duration of these summoned units. Consequently, we don't actually need to repeatedly recast our summoning skills; as long as Sigil of Summons effect remains active, the demons will persist.

Skills

Next, let's quickly run through the primary skill setup for this build.

Command Ae'grom

Upon casting, it summons a demon to fight for you, dealing passive damage automatically while simultaneously generating those all-important Lesser Demons.

Command Fallen

This skill also summons Lesser Demons, helping us accumulate the resources needed for free casts of our Greater Demon; moreover, its own damage output is quite substantial.

Terror Swarm

Not only does this skill apply Vulnerable status to enemies, but it also summons an additional swarm of Lesser Demons.

Sigil of Summons

Sigil of Summons can be placed at any location where you wish your demons to persist, extending the duration of your summoned units.

Nether Step

This is primarily used for long-distance dashes; it allows us to traverse uneven terrain and elevation changes, while also reducing incoming damage and boosting our movement speed during the dash.

Rampage

Serving as our primary source of damage, this skill can be cast continuously and without limit, provided you have the necessary resources.

Fiend of Abaddon (Optional)

You have the option to replace Terror Swarm with Fiend of Abaddon. The latter deals extremely potent AoE (Area of Effect) damage, making it particularly ideal for scenarios like Infernal Hordes, where you need to cover a wide area and clear out large groups of enemies.

Gear

Regarding gear selection, we have listed several Diablo 4 items below for your reference:

  • Helm: Heir of Perdition - Designed to significantly boost damage (+60% bonus), as well as Critical Hit Chance and Core Skill Ranks.
  • Chest Armor: Ae'grom Schism - Simultaneously summons two Ae'groms, which continuously spew out Lesser Demons.
  • Gloves: Crushing Aspect - Increases damage by 45–65% while you are Fortified.
  • Pants: Aspect of Malevolence - Grants an Overpower effect for every 10–30 Wrath generated.
  • Boots: Sadistic Aspect - Grants your Demons a 30–50% chance to count as two kills upon death; if your Amulet already possesses this effect, you may swap the Boots for a pair with Movement Speed or other utility affixes.
  • Main-Hand Weapon: Hellbent Commander - Capable of significantly boosting your Minions' damage output.
  • Off-Hand Weapon: Infernal Homunculus - Increases damage dealt by Archfiend Skills (specifically Rampage) by 50–70%.
  • Amulet: Seed of Horazon - Increases the damage of Demonology skills based on your current resource reserves.
  • Ring 1: Lurid Pact - Increases the damage dealt by Rampage by 200–240%.
  • Ring 2: Edgemaster's Aspect - Deals up to 40–60% additional damage based on your current resource levels.

Talismans

Regarding Talismans, you will need to equip a 5-piece set to trigger Sadism effect. Whenever your demons die or take damage, you gain stacks, which significantly boosts your overall DPS. Additionally, killing enemies grants a chance to summon Lesser Demons, providing a continuous supply of fuel for the core Sacrifice cycle of this build.

Furthermore, it is highly recommended that you equip a Seal with a +1 Charm Slot. If you are having trouble finding the specific item you need, you can opt to synthesize three junk Seals, those lacking extra slots, until you successfully craft a new Seal bearing the +1 Charm Slot affix.

Runes

  • Seir + Thul: Applies Vulnerable, freezes enemies, and provides a damage boost; this combination is used to bridge the gaps in Vulnerable uptime between uses of Terror Swarm skill.
  • Nagu + Gar: Increases Critical Hit Chance. Alternatively, you may swap Gar for Que Rune to gain a permanent Shield/Barrier.

That covers everything regarding Rampage Warlock build. Whether you are aiming for a world-first clear of T11 difficulty or simply want to enter mowing mode against Infernal Hordes, this S-tier build is the definitive answer for your adventures in Lord of Hatred!
