This sword reduces the cooldown of all your skills by 10 seconds for 12 seconds after defeating a group of elite monsters.

Skill Synergy: Prismatic Familiar
Select Prismatic Familiar in the skill tree. Its effect is to randomly reduce the cooldown of one active skill that is currently on cooldown by 0.5 seconds every time you cast any skill (including Ball Lightning).
After reducing Teleport's cooldown to 0.5 seconds using El'Druin, Sword of Justice, if there is still a small amount of residual cooldown, you can easily reduce it to zero by frequently casting other skills.
However, it should be noted that Prismatic Familiar reduces cooldown randomly. If multiple skills like Teleport, Ice Armor, and Prismatic Familiar are on cooldown, it might reduce cooldown on other skills instead.

Previously, you needed to use Overpower to hit surrounding enemies to maintain infinite teleportation, but the new method only requires you to find and kill elite monsters, no longer relying on Overpower.
Equipment Changes
Changing the Aspect
First, we'll remove Aspect of Elemental Constellation and add Aspect of Overwhelming Currents, which can be applied to gloves or rings.
This will give you approximately a 300% damage increase, which will be even more significant in boss fights, essentially allowing for one-shot kills.
However, if you previously sanctified or transformed your gloves, preventing you from changing the aspect, you'll need to find a new pair of gloves. This is likely one of the reasons why many players dislike sanctification.

Prismatic Familiar Status Monitoring

Use Ice Armor with Caution
Because Prismatic Familiar randomly reduces cooldown, if you have Ice Armor active, there will be an additional skill in your cooldown pool, potentially reducing the cooldown on Ice Armor instead of the expected Teleport. This patch is the first formal update of the season aside from daily hotfixes. Overall, the changes are not extensive, with the focus placed on seasonal rewards and a number of minor fixes. There are almost no balance adjustments, and the class changes are limited to a few bug fixes. Let us take a closer look at the key points of this update.
Seasonal Content
Seasonal content receives broad enhancements in this patch, but the actual magnitude of improvement for each content type will need to be observed after the patch goes live.
For players who have already maxed out their seasonal reputation, opening the repeatable Infinite Caches will now guarantee a Pandemonium Fragment. This feature was originally intended to be available at the start of the season, and it has finally been corrected.

You can also look for World Events in Helltide. Clearing one will also open a death chamber. However, this method takes longer, and World Events do not appear frequently, so it is less efficient than running Nightmare Dungeons.

Unresolved Issues
