The Farming Process
Phase One
Begin by running Nightmare Dungeon Escalations. To acquire Escalating Nightmare Sigils, place ordinary Nightmare Dungeon Sigils into Horadric Cube - every five normal sigils convert into one upgraded sigil. Stockpile three or four upgraded sigils as your starting resource; after that, dedicated sigil farming becomes unnecessary, as the loop naturally replenishes them.
When farming Escalation dungeons, due to Branching Pathways effect, after completing each dungeon, you can choose the affixes for the next dungeon, depending on whether you want gold or items.

Which low-tier Lair Boss you pick hardly matters, as their drop probabilities for various rewards are identical. Your ultimate aim is to obtain Greater Lair Keys from these low-tier boss chests.

The core synergy of this setup revolves around Mythic Unique The Basilisk. This weapon petrifies enemies and grants a 130% critical strike chance bonus against petrified foes. When combined with the 20% critical chance inherent to Landslide skill, the total reaches 150%.
Even with Locran's Talisman imposing a 50% critical strike chance penalty against minor enemies, you can still offset that penalty and maintain a 100% critical strike rate. This greatly boosts overall damage, and Mythic version performs even better.
Of course, if you are not using Mythic version, The Basilisk will have slightly lower stats, but that does not matter much because you likely already have several critical strike chance affixes on your other gear, and you can later replace those with alternative attributes.
You also need to stack Resolve stacks to trigger the bonus from Might of the Ursine. Each Resolve stack provides a 17% damage increase (or 13% for the non-Mythic version). You can stack up to 30 Resolve stacks, and the stacking speed is very fast.

How does It Work?
The greatest value of Gift of the Tree event is that Whisper Caches can be stored in the stash for other characters on the same account to open. Furthermore, the experience gained from Caches in Diablo 4 is not affected by the character's current level.

Nearby, there is an Accursed Ritual. You need to sacrifice a Baneful Heart to activate Ritual, after which Blood Maiden will appear.
According to player testing, defeating Blood Maiden on Torment 4 difficulty grants 5 Grim Favors. If you have extra Baneful Hearts, you can repeatedly summon and kill her. Since this boss isn't particularly difficult, accumulating Grim Favors through her is a cost-effective strategy.
Remember to Switch Difficulty
