How To Unlock This Boss Battle?
The unlocking conditions of this boss battle require you to obtain Echo of Hatred quest in the quest log. The end of the dungeon represented by this quest is where Uber Lilith is located.
To get this quest, you must first complete all the main storylines of the current season, and then complete Capstone Dungeons so that the game difficulty can be set to world tier 4 (also the most difficult world tier), and then it will be unlocked.
Next you will see the logo of the quest on the map, travel to southwestern Fractured Peaks, and you will find the quest entrance next to Nevesk waypoint.
Entering the dungeon, you can first get Diablo 4 gold or other drops by killing some ordinary enemies. When you reach the end, you will face Lilith.
How To Prepare For Lilith?
As one of the most dangerous boss battles in the entire Diablo 4, no matter which season you encounter Uber Lilith, you must be fully prepared before starting the battle.
Sufficient Character Level
First, you must make sure that your character level meets this boss battle requirements. If you are already at the maximum level, your Paragon board should be as complete as possible.
Suitable Class And Build
You need to craft a strong enough build to utilize in battle according to the class you play. The most important thing is that you’d better add seasonal power Horadric Spells to the build, which can bring benefits to your entire Season 9 journey as an additional help.
If you are not confident in your operation level, you can choose those classes that have an advantage in S9 as the first choice when choosing a class, such as Necromancer or Spiritborn, and make up for your own shortcomings with their outstanding advantages.
Targeted Gear
When equipping gear, in addition to ensuring that their level and rarity are high enough, it is best that they can also have the effect of targeting Echo of Lilith, especially since the boss battle has actually been adjusted many times after the season change.
At present, Lilith’s damage mechanism is not only deadly in itself, but also may add an effect that can increase damage to all its Blood Orb skills. If you want to successfully avoid Lilith’s Blood or Void Orbs, you need to ensure that the movement speed is high enough.
Therefore, when choosing gear, please first pay attention to those boots or amulets with movement speed affixes, such as boots with Tumbling implicit modifier, which can give you 100% movement speed after you dodge for one second.
In addition, defensive skills with immune effects such as Flame Shield can help you get out of trouble, and Elixir of Shadow Resistance II can further improve your defense, because Lilith’s main damage type is shadow damage.
Although you can challenge this boss when the difficulty is World Tier 4, but if you want to get better drops, it is best to start the battle in Torment 1.
Specific Battle Process
This boss battle is divided into two phases. At the beginning of each phase, Echo of Lilith is full of health, but the coping strategy is different.
Phase 1
Throughout Phase 1, the boss will continuously release Blood Blisters and generate Blood Orbs around it, or wave abilities like Double Waves or Triple Waves. You need to make sure you are at the edge of the boss’s attack range to avoid these attacks.
Near the end of this phase, Lilith will summon Oppressors to assist her. Fortunately, these enemies are not difficult to deal with, so you should be able to transition to Phase 2 relatively smoothly.
Phase 2
As soon as this phase begins, the boss will immediately create 4 Blood Pools and continue to generate Blood Orbs that will debuff you. Keep alert and avoid them.
Next, Lilith will begin to destroy different parts of the boss’s platform. As she begins to destroy, you must stay on the platform until Blood Veins penetrate the remaining intact parts of the platform.
Once you see Blood Veins disappear, quickly move away from the platform that is about to be destroyed. The boss will then pull you towards her after the platform is destroyed, so be sure to pay attention to her movements.
As each part of the platform is destroyed, you will continue to reduce the boss’s health until everything is “zero”, and you have succeeded!
Uber Lilith Boss Battle Rewards
