As a unique armor that can be worn by Rogue class, Beastfall Boots will make your next core skill consume all your energy when you cast your ultimate skill, but for every point of energy consumed, your output damage will increase by 0.25-0.75%, and the skill’s use cooldown can restore 25 energy points.
In addition to this armor, it is also recommended that you obtain Aspect of Arrow Storms. This is an attack-type legendary aspect that gives your related skills up to 36% chance to create arrow rain on the enemy, causing continuous damage. Its Lucky Shot effect gives your Marksman and Cutthroat skills up to a 25% chance to create a rain of arrows that deals 156-486 physical damage to enemies over 3 seconds.
How Can This Build Help You Level Up Quickly By Combining With The Witchcraft Power?
