- Mucus-Slicked Eggs: First complete the optional objectives in Tree of Whispers in Hawezar to collect Malignant Hearts, then go to Malignant Burrow, summon Echo of Varshan, and defeat Varshan at Torment 1+ difficulty to have a chance to get this item.
- Shards of Agony: First you need to get Torture Chests of Living Steel by playing Helltide event, and get 5 Living Steel this way to summon Echo of Grigoire in Hall of Penitent and defeat him (also in Torment 1+ difficulty).

Where Is Duriel?

How To Defeat Duriel?

1. Clear The Dungeon
Gaping Crevasse is full of Duriel’s followers and disciples, but as long as you can get here, it means that you have at least completed the main campaign, the character level has reached 50 or above, and the Torment difficulty has been unlocked, so it is very easy to deal with these enemies. After clearing it, please go to Pestilent Altar and sacrifice the summoning materials you hold here to summon Echo of Duriel and officially start the boss battle.
2. Official Boss Battle
Duriel’s biggest feature is his fast speed and multiple deadly abilities, such as Claw Slash, Poison Pool, etc. For this reason, you must drink the previously recommended Elixir of Poison Resistance II before the battle begins to ensure that your health will not be greatly damaged at the beginning.
Next, please quickly deal with the two Pangs of Duriel minions to prevent them from causing additional harassment to you during the battle. Once you’re done, walk your character straight to the edge of the cliff to limit Duriel’s movement and focus his attacks in one direction, while sitting down and continuing to launch fatal attacks on him to kill him, preventing him from going underground and triggering the more difficult second stage.
But if you are unlucky enough to enter the second stage of Duriel boss battle, don’t worry too much, just leave the notch on the edge of the cliff to kill the newly spawned minions and wait for Duriel to return and defeat him.
