It’s easy to feel like that you’ve hit a wall if you don’t understand how the various systems in Diablo 4 deal controlled damage. We have to break it down to do more damage and get a chance to get stronger. As long as you have a good leveling ability, level 1 to 50 should be a breeze.
Overview
The main reason builds are called leveling builds or endgame builds is that they scale differently. Leveling builds are strong in their own right at their baseline. Endgame builds often rely on unique Diablo 4 Items or Legendary Aspects found only in endgame to go live. Once you’ve discovered some powerful Aspects for your leveling builds, press left-click to pin them to your map.
Once you’ve completed the dungeon, you’re ready to leave your Imprint Aspect behind. I recommend putting them on your rings or amulets as we replace them with the least frequent.
Check Source Of Damage
During the endgame phase, your damage can easily fall behind the enemy’s strength. Because your chance of damage starts with your skill. So it’s important to think about where your primary sources of damage are coming from.
You should also check out Status Effects and Crowd Control, for effects like Chill and Ctun or Vulnerable. You need to remember these for collaborating later.
Also, passive skills do increase damage and you need to get as many of these as possible. You’ll also want to make sure you get Renown, as this will give you an extra 10 skill points. And Legendary Aspects are another enormous opportunity to increase damage. It can add or change damage types, opening up new possibilities for your build.
Legendary Aspects
There are two primary sources of Legendary Aspects, Codex of Power and Legendary items drops. If you print Legendary Aspect from Codex of Power. Every time a Legendary item drops, it will have a Legendary Aspect and roll randomly between the lower and upper bounds.

Affixes
Equipment usually has 5 rarities, namely Common, Magic, Rare, Legendary and Unique. These rarities determine the number of Affixes. And Affixes is the next thing you need to focus on getting stronger. Your goal is to have as many Affixes as possible and find one that works for your build.
You need to go to Occultist for this weapon Enchant. This will roll an Affix at random, but once that Affix is changed, you will only be able to use that Affix. But be aware that each roll will increase your Diablo 4 Gold cost.
Damage Buckets
These Affixes work for most builds. All gear types can also roll primary stats or all stats, which is also important for damage. Other armors also have rolling skill level bonuses. So you need to pay attention to the damage effect in Damage Buckets.
Depending on your build, you’ll want to distribute your damage multipliers among these Damage Buckets. Because these Damage Buckets have exponential growth potential.
Paragon System
Paragon is another avenue that can help you ramp up your damage quickly. This is unlocked at level 50 and you will get 4 Paragon Points per level. Also, Renown system gives you an extra 20 Paragon Points, which is very helpful.
You can also upgrade items at Blacksmith or Jeweler. Each upgrade will increase the item’s strength by 5 points. This equates to a 5% increase in all of its stats with each upgrade, up to a maximum of 25%.
Next, you need to find a gem that suits you and insert it into your weapon. Finally, collecting each Altar of Lilith adds a negligible amount to the primary stat, but it’s important for early leveling.
Summarize
Let’s summarize how to do more damage. Skills are the basis of damage types, and passive skills increase damage. Legendary Aspect opens up, builds possibilities and increases your damage. When transitioning to the new World Tier, you can use Codex of Power to fill in the gaps in your Aspect.
Don’t forget to look for items with more advanced Legendary Aspect for more damage. In Paragon system, plan an efficient path that maximizes your rare glyphs and collects legendary and rare nodes. Complete Renown to get more Skill Points and Paragon Points.
Refactor your builds as necessary to keep your damage distribution. Visit Blacksmith or Jeweler to increase the stats of your gear by 25%. Use gems as a bonus for your most used damage types. The key to ultimately doing more damage is finding the best synergy between all these sources of damage.
