Many novice players who have just entered Diablo 4 don’t know what to do after the end of the campaign. So here I will introduce to you the endgame guide that you need to complete first after the end of the campaign.
First, if you just hit level 50, you’ll see a new priority quest called World Tier 3 Nightmare. To complete this quest, you need to go to World Tier Statue in Kyovashad and switch to World Tier 2 Veteran.
Then we need to head north to Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon. I took this challenge at level 48 and it was pretty tough. So I recommend you to complete the challenge after you know you have reached level 50, otherwise you will fail easily. You can also choose Diablo 4 Boosting Service, which will help you upgrade faster.
After completing the dungeon, you’ll be ready to enter World Tier 3 Nightmare. In this tier, the mobs will be more powerful, give double experience points, and drop holy items.
How To Get Sacred Equipment?
Sacred items are stronger versions of non-sacred items of the same rarity. I recommend switching your non-Sacred items as soon as possible to help you survive the new World Tier difficulty.
How To Do Helltide Events?
The best way to farm new gear is to join the new Helltide Events. We can complete priority quests by talking to NPCs to get a quick overview.
When you look at the map, if Helltide is active, part of the map will be dark red with a red sword and flame icon in the middle. You need to keep checking the timer to see when Helltide is over.
Helltide events spawn every 2 hours, one hour active and one hour off. When you enter Helltide area, a counter will appear in the upper right corner. These are the number of Aberrant Cinders you hold, which will drop from killing monsters in Helltide area.
Also, be sure to collect a special plant called Fiend Rose for extra Cinders. You can spend these Cinders on Helltide Chests. These chests cost between 75 and 175 Cinders, depending on the type of item dropped.
These Chests are a great way to farm Legendary Divine gear. But you have to be careful about holding too many Cinders because when you die, you will lose half of Cinders in your hand. Therefore, the best practice is to use Aberrant Cinders when you have enough Aberrant Cinders to get Chests you want.

Tips On Doing Renown
Also, between Helltide, you should focus on Renown and Grim Favors. Below are my suggestions for collecting Renown and completing side quests.
First, some side quests need to complete dungeons. Of course, doing dungeons will also give Grim Favors. Make strongholds while discovering areas and waypoints.
Finally, find Altars of Lilith. Because it will reward you with rich Diablo 4 Gold and legendary items. You can easily find strongholds and all Altars of Lilith based on the map.
How To Get Nightmare Sigils?
Next we have Nightmare Sigils and Nightmare Dungeons. You drop Nightmare Sigils by completing Grim Favors in Tree of Whispers or World Bosses. Once you have Sigils, open your inventory, then hover over the consumables on Sigils and it will tell you its difficulty, dungeons, pros and cons.
Remember, you can only revive 12 times while playing Nightmare Dungeons. Nightmare Dungeons can be very difficult, depending on how much damage it has. Therefore, you’ll need to upgrade your gear and navigate these dungeons carefully.
How To Level Glyphs?
Nightmare Dungeons are also a great way to grow Glyphs, since they drop quite often. After killing a boss, you’ll gain Glyphs experience points, which can be added to your Glyphs.
Nightmare Dungeons are probably my favorite way to level up right now. After completing Nightmare Dungeons, you can take a look at which new Sigils you’ve acquired, and prioritize the highest level with the best benefit and least damage.
Remember that later you will find unwanted Sigils and craft new Sigils at Occultist. This is your endgame guide for what you need to face after Diablo 4 campaign, good luck and have fun.
